If you're looking for personalised training sessions with 1:1 coaching, our cosy studio located within Bow Wharf premises near Victoria Park is the perfect place. We understand that everyone has different needs, so we offer weekly classes with single private sessions that can be tailored to your requirements.
Our studio is fully equipped with everything you need to make the most out of your training.
Our 360° classes offer matwork, spring-loaded Reformer with Half Tower, Stability Chair, Spine Corrector & Barrels, and small equipment like balls, rollers, circles, and weights - everything you need to get the desired results.

It is perfect for beginners, older adults, athletes, and anyone who wants to improve their posture, joint strength, or range of movement.

Our clientele is diverse in age and background, ranging from 18 to 82 years old.
We provide several Class-Pack options catering to your needs and schedule. So, please ensure you verify the sizes and expiration dates before purchasing a single class or one of our bundled packages of up to 20 sessions.
Our studio provides an array of group classes that are specifically designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.
We have created a well-curated timetable that includes sessions on three top-quality Merrithew® professional reformers. These classes are conducted in a group setting and, because of our small class size you will receive individual attention and guidance throughout the session.
To gain the maximum benefit from your classes, we recommend following one of the Cs - Consistency. This means committing to a regular schedule of attending classes. As we have limited reformers available, booking your spot in advance is essential to ensure you don't miss out on a session.
